Built around your business.

Fixed scope. A price for each milestone. Senior work from the first sketch to the release, and a direct answer when you message us.

What we build

Apple-platform apps

Native apps written in Swift and SwiftUI, designed to feel at home on each device. The work covers the app, the App Store listing and the release itself.

  • Product and interface design
  • Native Swift and SwiftUI development
  • On-device data, sync and offline behavior
  • App Store submission and release

Web apps and sites

Web apps and marketing sites built in TypeScript and Next.js. Fast on a phone, usable with a keyboard and screen reader, and ready to take payments or bookings.

  • Responsive, accessible front ends
  • Accounts, payments and booking
  • Admin screens and dashboards
  • Deployment and monitoring

AI features and agents

AI as part of the software itself: a product that reads documents, answers questions from its own data, or carries out a task for the person using it. On-device models are an option when the data should not leave the device.

  • Language-model features inside your product
  • Document reading and data extraction
  • Agents that act inside your software
  • On-device AI where privacy matters

Business software

Software for the back office: internal tools, data pipelines and reporting. It is built by someone with more than fifteen years in finance and business planning, so the numbers side is understood from the start.

  • Internal tools and admin systems
  • Data pipelines and integrations
  • Reporting and planning tools
  • Replacing spreadsheets that have outgrown themselves

Not building a product?

Bringing AI into the business itself is its own practice. We train your team, set AI up inside the tools you already run, and automate the work that repeats.

How a project runs

  1. Discovery call

Thirty minutes, free. You describe the problem, and we work out whether software is the right answer.

  2. Fixed proposal

A written scope, a timeline and a price for each milestone. There is no hourly billing.

  3. Build

You see working software at the end of every milestone. Payment follows milestones, not hours.

  4. Launch and handover

App Store submission or deployment, followed by a documented handover.

Questions

How is pricing set?
Every project gets a fixed scope and a price for each milestone, written into a proposal before work starts. You are never billed by the hour.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. Your proposal states a timeline and a delivery date for each milestone, so you know before you commit.
Who owns the work?
Ownership terms are written into your proposal and agreed before any work begins.
Do you also set up AI inside a business, not only inside software?
Yes. Training a team, setting AI up in the tools a business already uses and automating its processes is a practice of its own. It is described on the AI for business page.
How do I pay?
Securely online. Each milestone has an invoice with its own reference. On the payments page you can look it up, see what is owed and pay by card, digital wallet or bank debit through Stripe. Other ways to pay are listed there too.
Can you work alongside our own team?
Yes. A defined project can sit alongside your developers, your operations staff and your internal review process. The proposal says who is responsible for which part.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. Send yours before the discovery call, or ask for a mutual one.
