AI,
put to work.

We bring AI into the daily work of small businesses and corporations. Your team learns to use it well, it is set up inside the tools you already run, and the work that repeats is automated, one area at a time or end to end.

Start small. Go as far as the numbers justify.

Four ways to work with us, from a single review to a process that runs itself, and a plan to look after what we build. Each is priced on its own, so you can stop after any of them.

Opportunity review

Find where AI pays before you spend on it.

We sit with the people who do the work, map where the hours go, and rank each task by what automating it would return. The roadmap is yours to keep, whether or not we build any of it.

  • Interviews with the people who do the work
  • A step-by-step map of each process
  • Opportunities ranked by hours and cost
  • A recommended first pilot

Team training

Your team, taught to use AI well.

Live sessions built around your team's own work. Each role learns what the tools are good at, where they fail, and how to check a result before it leaves the building.

  • Workshops by role: staff, managers, leadership
  • A playbook of prompts and workflows for each role
  • A written AI use policy for your company
  • A follow-up session once the habits have formed

Implementation

AI set up in one area of the business.

We take one department or one process and fit AI into the tools it already uses: an assistant that answers from your own documents, an inbox that sorts itself, a report that writes its own first draft. Often that means software you already pay for, set up properly.

  • Tools chosen, configured and connected
  • Set up in your accounts, under your name
  • The team trained on the new way of working
  • Results measured against the old way

Full automation

A whole process that runs itself.

When a process should run from the first email to the finished record without anyone retyping it, we build that: agents and custom software where off-the-shelf tools stop, with a person approving the steps that matter.

  • End-to-end process design
  • Agents and custom software
  • Approval steps, logs and alerts
  • Documentation and handover

Ongoing care

Kept current after launch.

The models and the tools around them change every few months. A fixed monthly plan keeps what we built monitored, updated and improving, and gives your team someone to ask.

  • Monitoring and fixes
  • Model and tool updates
  • New automations as your needs change
  • A direct line for your team

Across the business

A few of the jobs AI can take on in each area. Yours will be more specific, which is what the review is for.

Finance and accounting
  • Invoices read, coded and matched to purchase orders
  • Month-end reconciliations prepared for review
  • Budget variances explained in a first draft
Operations
  • Forms and emails turned into records, with no retyping
  • Schedules and dispatch kept up to date
  • Supplier and inventory follow-up
Sales and marketing
  • Every lead answered and followed up
  • Proposals and quotes drafted from your past work
  • The CRM kept current without manual entry
Customer service
  • Common questions answered from your own policies
  • Replies drafted for a person to approve
  • The inbox sorted and routed by urgency
People and admin
  • Onboarding paperwork and checklists
  • Policy questions answered for staff
  • Meetings turned into notes and assigned actions
Leadership and reporting
  • The week's numbers summarized every Monday
  • Questions answered from your own data
  • Board and client reports drafted

Two sizes of company, one method.

For small businesses

You do not have an IT department, and you do not need one for this. We start with the software you already pay for, pick the one task that costs you the most hours, and get it running before we talk about anything bigger. Training is for the whole team, the owner included.

For corporations

We work one department at a time, alongside your IT, security and procurement teams. That means a pilot with a measured result before any rollout, a written data and use policy, training by role, and an audit trail on every automated step. Our founder spent more than fifteen years in finance and business planning inside large companies in healthcare, banking, media, publishing and retail, so the approvals, the budget cycle and the controls are familiar ground.

How an engagement runs

  1. Discovery call

Thirty minutes, free. Bring the task your team likes least, and find out whether AI can take it on.

  2. Opportunity review

A fixed-price review of how the work is done today. It ends in a ranked roadmap and a recommended first pilot.

  3. Pilot

One process, live with real work, measured against the way it was done before. You decide what comes next from the result.

  4. Roll out and train

What worked is extended to the rest of the team or the next department, with training, documentation and a handover.

The rules we work by

A person stays in charge
Anything that sends money, writes to a customer or changes a record waits for a person's approval, until you decide the system has earned more.
Your data stays yours
We choose plans and settings under which your data is not used to train anyone's model, and we write down where each piece of it goes. Where it should not leave the building, the model runs on your own hardware.
Independent of every vendor
We do not resell licenses or take referral fees. The tool we recommend is the one we would choose for ourselves, and often it is one you already own.
Measured, not assumed
Before automating a task we time it as it is done today. Afterward you get the same measurement again, so the result is a number and not an impression.

Questions

Do we need technical staff?
No. We handle the setup and train your team to use what we build. If you have an IT team, we work alongside it.
Is our data safe?
We choose plans and settings under which your data is not used to train AI models, limit each tool to the data it needs, and document where everything goes. For sensitive work, the model can run on your own hardware. If you work under rules such as HIPAA or SOX, say so on the first call and the design starts there.
Which tools do you use?
Whichever fit. Often it is software you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your accounting system, set up properly. Where nothing off the shelf fits, we build it.
Will this replace people?
It takes over tasks, not judgment. We automate the steps that are repeated and rule-bound, and keep a person on anything that needs a decision. What you do with the hours you get back is yours to decide.
Can you train our team without building anything?
Yes. Training stands on its own, and it is often the right place to start.
How is it priced?
Each stage has a fixed price, written into a proposal before work starts: the review, each training session, each implementation. Ongoing care is a fixed monthly plan. Nothing is billed by the hour.
How soon will we see a result?
The first pilot is chosen to be small enough to go live quickly, so you see a measured result before committing to more. Your proposal states the date.

Start with one process.

Bring the task your team likes least to a free thirty-minute call. You will leave knowing whether AI can take it on, and what the first step would be.
